1) Where do you ship?
United States only.
2) How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders $160+; flat $16 shipping fee for orders under $160. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
3) How long does processing take?
Typically 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
4) How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–7 business days after shipment (may vary due to carrier operations and other conditions).
5) Do you provide tracking?
Yes, when available. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the first carrier scan.
6) What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.
7) Are taxes charged at checkout?
Product prices include taxes. We do not add additional tax at checkout.
8) Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it. If it has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and you may request a return after delivery (eligibility applies). See our Returns & Refund Policy.
9) What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide an appropriate resolution.
10) What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (eligibility applies). Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
11) What warranty do you offer?
We provide a Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects for 1 year and structural frame defects for 3 years from delivery date. For full details, please see our Limited Warranty page.
12) Do your furniture items require assembly?
Some items may require minimal assembly. Assembly instructions are included with products that need it. If you have questions about a specific product's assembly requirements, please contact us before purchasing.
13) How can I find product dimensions and materials?
Detailed product specifications, including dimensions, materials, and care instructions, are listed on each product page. If you need additional information, feel free to contact our customer support team.
14) Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will make a reasonable effort to update the address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
